This artwork was created for the Vienna BioCenter (VBC) PhD Student Symposium 2022 held at the VBC in Vienna, Austria, from November 3-4, 2022. The piece illustrates a chimeric creature that had the tail of a betta fish and the torso of a female rubi throated hummingbird. I created this piece in a collaboration with Philipp Dexheimer, PhD, who conceptualized the idea.
